Diversity Window is hiring Sales Representatives! If you are a candidate who has sales experience with a focus on selling into Human Resources, a passion for impactful work, and a proven track record of hitting revenue goals, keep reading! One to six years of experience desired.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Ensure attainment of revenue and associated targets
• Build relationships with key decision makers
• Drive customer and partner satisfaction through understanding customer needs
• Providing responsive service to customer issues
• Identify opportunities within managed accounts
• Flexible attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure that CRM tool is kept up to date with opportunities and contacts details
Requirements:
• Comfortable meeting and exceeding quotas
• The ability to command an audience
• Skilled negotiator with the ability to close sales
• Understanding of sales function, business and pipeline management
• Ability to develop trusted relationships with key business decision makers, superiors, peers, and subordinates alike
• Excellent verbal, written and multi-media communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of expertise or equivalent experience and/or training
